Overview
High-Performance High-Speed Reciprocating Compressor – Core Industrial Power Equipment
Based on the reciprocating piston compression principle, combined with high-precision dynamic balancing design and a high-speed crankshaft transmission system, the high-speed reciprocating compressor is a new generation of industrial compression equipment tailored for high-pressure, high-flow, and continuous operation conditions.
Featuring a skid-mounted/ modular integrated design, the unit integrates the crankcase, cylinder assembly, cooling system, lubrication system, and intelligent control system. Its operating speed is significantly higher than conventional reciprocating compressors, improving compression efficiency by more than 20% while occupying a smaller footprint and offering a more compact structure.
Key components are made of high-strength alloy materials, precision-machined and heat-treated to withstand long-term continuous heavy-duty operation.
